Overview
Data can be represented in several ways. Representations of the most common are:
The line chart
The line graph illustrates, using the data, the evolution of a situation. You can also use it to compare the evolution of two or more situations.
The following example illustrates the number of complaints received by the company X.

Bar chart (Histogram)
The graph allows columns essentially amounts to compare them.
The following example illustrates the number of non-compliance over time.

Pie chart
The pie chart is used to represent the various parts of a whole and to highlight the relative importance of each in relation to others.
